Our Background

 I'm a grandma whose heart was shattered by the reality of Type 1 diabetes. I make my SUGAR  BELTS  to turn an annoying problem into a fun solution. When I saw my five-year-old granddaughter struggling to store her insulin pump, I decided to do something about it. That is why I designed these pump belts. My granddaughter Adelaide was diagnosed with Type I diabetes at age four. It broke my heart to see her and her parents struggling to cope with this disease and all that it entails. The belt helped Adelaide and her parents so much that I wanted it to be available to everyone. I sincerely hope that my SUGAR  BELTS   lessen the burden for anyone with diabetes.
